We here at the Chembio Update headquarters have been thinking and thinking on what the "fusion centers" and the thousands of plastic coffins stored in Georgia could be intended for, and why the government stubbornly refuses to acknowledge that they even exist.

    Alex Jones and Jesse Ventura speculate that the centers are intended for U.S. "dissidents," and the plastic coffins are intended for use when the government releases a bioengineered plague to reduce the population.

    Dr. "B" says "you don't create a 'doomsday' weapon, because it can and will come back on you who released it. It can mutate and be worse than original. Your family, close friends, and as well as those you hold in contempt will go face down too with a 'doomsday' weapon. You have no control over it! But, the "rate pack" thinking often takes on elements of non–thinking when done in a cabel.

"When you think through how much the fusion centers cost to construct and staff, there is only one answer: the Federal government runs them. Yet the administrator of the Colorado center says his center was not government funded. I don't believe him.

"But this raises a question: where is the budget hidden? Which Cabinet-level department is writing the checks? That makes a difference. It could be the Department of Homeland Security. But this story has not gotten out to the public. There are no teams of reporters snooping around. We do not know how many of these there are.

"Next, there are the residential centers -- how many? -- that have all that barbed wire to protect the residents. The barbed wire slants inward. What are they there for? They sit, empty, waiting for what?

"Congressman Cohen insisted that they don't exist, just like little green men from outer space don't exist. Then he said that the children's toys in those non-existent centers are for the staff.

"Staff? What staff? How many staffers? Why are they on the staff? Why is there any staff at all?

"I'll tell you what I think they are there for: quarantine. I don't think it's political. Why not? Because politics has not been a threat to the Powers That Be for a century. It is unlikely to become a threat at this late date.

"I think there are influential decision-makers at the top who think that a plague of some sort is coming. Those who are suspected of being carriers will be placed in these centers.

"Do you think the public will object in the middle of a pandemic? They will demand it.

But here is the problem. A pandemic is pan. It is everywhere. There will be too many dead people. There will not be enough coffins.

"What I smell here is a planning response that makes builders a lot of money, but which will be too little, too late. The government cannot get the budget for enough centers without saying why. The government does not dare say why.

The government would face a monumental problem if a plague broke out. Officials would be more concerned about panic spreading than the plague spreading. The government will deny the plague -- little green men -- until the plague is becoming a pandemic. Then it will announce policies.

"It will have to give the impression that it is Doing Something Big. It will have coffins. It will have quarantine centers. It will run out of both very fast in a major pandemic.

"The plague could be the result of deliberate biological warfare. If it is, the perpetrators will not be caught. They will either be dead or else outside the country. Who would we blame? What good would that do?

"If it is a home-brew plague, as Ventura and Alex Jones conclude, the government would still finds itself overwhelmed. Panic would spread as fast or faster than the plague.

"By now, you have heard me talk about Dark Winter, the computerized "war game." It was shut down after 13 days. There was no defense, no possible response. Game over. The Wikipedia entry http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Dark_Winter does not say how the war game ended -- in defeat.

"Operation Dark Winter was the code name for a senior-level bio-terrorist attack simulation conducted from June 22--23, 2001. It was designed to carry out a mock version of a covert and widespread smallpox attack on the United States. Tara O'Toole and Thomas Inglesby of the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Strategies (CCBS) / Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and Randy Larsen and Mark DeMier of Analytic Services were the principal designers, authors, and controllers of the Dark Winter project.

"Dark Winter was focused on evaluating the inadequacies of a national emergency response during the use of a biological weapon against the American populace. The exercise was solely intended to establish preventive measures and response strategies by increasing governmental and public awareness on the magnitude and potential of such a threat posed by biological weapons.

"Dark Winter's simulated scenario involved a localized smallpox attack on Oklahoma City. The simulation was then designed to spiral out of control. This would create a contingency in which the National Security Council struggles to determine both the origin of the attack as well as deal with containing the spreading virus. By not being able to keep pace with the disease's rate of spread, a new catastrophic contingency emerges in which massive civilian casualties would overwhelm America's emergency response capabilities.

"The disastrous contingencies that would result in the massive loss of civilian life were used to exploit the weaknesses of the U.S. health care infrastructure and its inability to handle such a threat. The contingencies were also meant to address the widespread panic that would emerge and of which would result in mass social breakdown and mob violence. Exploits would also include the many difficulties that the media would face when providing American citizens with the necessary information regarding safety procedures.

"The game was scripted. There is an official script online. If you really want to know what we could be facing, read it. It's 44 pages. It is on the Website of the Department of Homeland Security.

"Read at least the last five pages. Estimates: 3 million infected with smallpox, one million dead.

"Conclusion: the government will need more coffins. Way more coffins. (Can we invest in coffins futures?)

"This was no small-scale exercise. Here is who ran it. (1) Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Studies, (2) The Center for Strategic and International Studies, (3) The ANSER Institute for Homeland Security, (4) The Oklahoma City National Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism.

"Here were the findings:

• An attack on the United States with biological weapons could threaten vital national security interests. Massive civilian casualties, breakdown in essential institutions, violation of democratic processes, civil disorder, loss of confidence in government and reduced U.S. strategic flexibility abroad are among the ways a biological attack might compromise U.S. security.

• Current organizational structures and capabilities are not well suited for the management of a BW attack. Major "fault lines" exist between different levels of government (federal, state, and local), between government and the private sector, among different institutions and agencies, and within the public and private sector. These "disconnects" could impede situational awareness and compromise the ability to limit loss of life, suffering, and economic damage.

• There is no surge capability in the U.S. healthcare and public health systems, or in the pharmaceutical and vaccine industries. This institutionally limited surge capacity could result in hospitals being overwhelmed and becoming inoperable, and it could impede public health agencies' analysis of the scope, source and progress of the epidemic, their ability to educate and reassure the public, and their capacity to limit causalities and the spread of disease.

• Dealing with the media will be a major immediate challenge for all levels of government. Information management and communication (e.g., dealing with the press effectively, communication with citizens, maintaining the information flows necessary for command and control at all institutional levels) will be a critical element in crisis/consequence management.

• Should a contagious bioweapon pathogen be used, containing the spread of disease will present significant ethical, political, cultural, operational, and legal challenges.

"The country would never be the same, nor would most other countries. Smallpox recognizes no borders.

"We think, "since there is no national defense against this, I will not worry about this." But this is not the same as saying that there is no personal defense. There is a defense. Quarantine yourself. Have a place to go where there are few people dropping by. Get there before the local roadblocks go up.

"You have seen the video. What is the barbed wire for? What are the coffins for?

"Somebody is spending a lot of money to handle a very big problem. Think through what that problem might be."

    Well, folks, all we can say is, the government's psychics must be working overtime. How else could government wonks (never famous for thinking outside the box, or even thinking, period) have come up with a scenario scary enough to call for the spending of this kind of dough?

    I conferred with Dr. "B," and here is what he thinks:

We are moving into the rigors of the Galactic Plane and Planet X, the prophesied "great comet" which is coming and now making its presence felt and seen. The effects will spawn huge changes in the geography of the planet. As millions and millions of people flee from Central America, as the tectonic plates start grinding mountains together, down to sand and rubble, all life caught in this will go, too.

As people see this, masses upon masses, and waves upon waves of people running from Central America and fleeing from Mexico, as it undergoes changes, crossing our border. If nothing is done with these displaced people, this will create total havoc with food supplies, medical supplies, just-in-time deliveries, thedivision of labor broken and so forth.

The government knows this is going to happen and has prepared for this.

And, as emerging viruses receive their 'energy' from The Galactic Plane, and other heavenly bodies, new and resistant disease will hit planet Earth with a crushing blow. We have not had the time of eons to build, discard, rebuilt and retry new defenses against such an onslaught with our biochemistry. It will hit us hard!

Also, as America begins to break–up physically, its land masses, and as the Great Lakes and the St. Laurence Seaway undergo similar plate changes, that seaway will open wider, and the Great Lakes will empty into the Gulf of Mexico. Florida will most definitely go if this happens, as will California. What will the government (if it is still in operation) do with the masses of its own peoples, streaming from one area of the continent to another? This is their only solution on how to handle Planet America.

There will be "Confusion...confusion...everywhere confusion!"

Washington, in its rat-pack thinking, has not considered the logistics of feeding and providing potable water and sanitation for these masses, as pipelines will be broken, the electric grid will become disarrayed, and those incarcerated before this gets to its fullest extent will probably be left in those prisons to die if they can't get out. A refugee situation will be developing. This will be a mixing vat for more new and virulent diseases.

The rat pack needs minions to do its bidding, and this is where it will get them from, those 'farms' they are developing, if such a thing occurs. This is why there are so many of these detention centers. Some will go under to the depths of the water, as others get laid waste by the shifting earth. They haven't even considered, I feel, if the rocks this time come from another direction than they did 11,000 to 19,000 years ago. Many to most of these places will get pulverized.

The only thing we can consider is what God said, and He's mad! "I will find you out wherever you are!" And that includes the rat pack, in their burrows under Washington, D.C. Most will drown like "Rats" when the waters come!

We also have a Third–World War to undergo before 2016, I feel, and it will involve China and other nations. There are reasons for this, but I will not explain them here. There will be Nuclear Exchange. I think, America may be invaded up to the Rockies from the West. But, as the planet undergoes tremendous travail, all fighting parties will call back their troops to keep civility among their own peoples. They will have enough to do just to make it though this great species WipeOut Coming!
